We could not be happier! We've a white kitchen sink (we "were" going to replace) & with a well, not a good choice. Since installing our water softener, we now get to keep our sink! The UGLY orange color is GONE! You can feel such a difference with everything, skin, hair, laundry, dishes! Best investment ever! Can not thank Wandels' enough!

We live in a rural area in Gwinn MI – away from a city water source. He offered great suggestions and helpful recommendations, including improvements for the existing whole-house filtration system to make it easier to service. The installation work was completed professionally and on time in a tight timetable as the kitchen project was being finished. The WaterCare system works great, our water spotting has been eliminated, and our appliances have extended life with the improved water quality. And the WaterCare products are “Made in America”! We have used Wandels' WaterCare in two homes so far and we have been very pleased. Employees are helpful, knowledgeable & easy to work with. Wandels' personnel on time the 3 times we made appt. (rare to have service on time and not wait all day!) Tim was very helpful checking our water and had several solutions for us to pursue. Installer (forgot his name) very personable and answered all my husbands questions. Water clear once again - good taste and appearance. Had problem with acidic water 6.0 up to 8.0 upon retest.

We had Wandels' WaterCare come out and check our water because we had stains in our bathroom tub and sink. The stains are cleared up and the taste of the water has improved 100%. We love our new water system.
